Congratulations to Professor Liu Hailong‘s team from the Department of Landscape Architecture for winning the “Awards of Excellence” in the 2022 International Federation of Landscape Architects AAPME Awards. Under the theme “Design for climatecrisis,” the team proposed "MORE THAN A GREEN LOOP: Beijing Suburban Catchments as Potential Habitat and Carbon Absorber” as an approach to climate change resilience planning.
